What makes Case School of Dental Medicine different?

The Faculty Dental Practice at the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine offers quality comprehensive dental treatment encompassing: Preventive, Restorative, Periodontal, Endodontic, Cosmetic and Implant dentistry. Members of the Faculty Practice balance patient care while remaining actively involved within the professional arena of Dental Medicine and discovering and teaching methods and techniques of tomorrow.

Appointments

To schedule an appointment, or if you have any questions, please call (216) 368-0592. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first appointment to the Faculty Practice to complete registration and a medical and dental history. If you have current/recent dental x-rays, you may wish to bring them wish you.

Parking on the Case Western Reserve University campus, as well as the surrounding University Circle area is a challenge on a continuous basis. We encourage you to leave yourself sufficient time to locate a spot in one of the campus garages or lots prior to each appointment. Click here for parking information at Case.

Payment

The Faculty Practice is a fee-for-service dental practice with fees comparable to that found at a private practice in the greater Cleveland area. Payment for your dental treatment is expected at the time services are rendered. The Faculty Practice currently accepts cash, check, Money Order, MasterCard or Visa. Financing is also available through the Dental Fee Plan (DFP) for more extensive treatment plans. The Department Administrator and Patient Care Coordinator are able to assist you in understanding your treatment plan, estimating your insurance benefits, as well as providing information and applications for the DFP.(Or you may click here to "pre-qualify") The Faculty Practice, as a courtesy, will file a claim for you with your insurance provider.

Whatever your dental needs may be, a spectrum of dental care is available at the Faculty Practice. All new patients receive a comprehensive oral examination to detect new, existing, or potential problems. Based on the findings of this examination, the following services may be provided:
